By accessing or using Proqure (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. During our beta period, features and terms may evolve based on user feedback.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Proqure. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent RFQs or quotes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
  • Scrape or copy content without permission
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform

5. Buyer Terms

  • RFQ creation is free and unlimited
  • You must provide accurate material specifications
  • You are responsible for evaluating quotes and sellers
  • Transactions are between you and the seller directly

6. Seller Terms

  • Subscription fees apply as per your chosen plan
  • You must provide accurate company and product information
  • You must honor quotes submitted through the platform
  • You are responsible for timely delivery and quality of products
  • Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

7. Payments

  • Seller subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment is processed securely through third-party providers
  • Product transactions are between buyers and sellers directly

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Proqure, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Proqure or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Proqure is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

  • Quality, safety, or legality of products
  • Accuracy of RFQs or quotes
  • Ability of buyers or sellers to complete transactions
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Proqure harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Proqure at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India. For any legal concerns or queries, please contact us at hello@proqure.in.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
