1. Buyer Services

All buyer services on Proqure are completely free. There are no charges for:

  • Creating RFQs
  • Receiving quotes
  • Using the platform

Since buyer services are free, no refunds are applicable.

2. Seller Subscriptions - 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all seller subscription plans:

  • Starter Plan (₹2,000/month)
  • Professional Plan (₹10,000/month)
  • Enterprise Plan (₹25,000/month)

If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

  1. Email us at hello@proqure.in
  2. Include your account details and subscription information
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund (optional)

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

  • Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Requests made within 7 days of annual plan renewal
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

NOT eligible for refund:

  • Requests made after 7 days
  • Partial month refunds after trial period
  • Violations of Terms of Service
  • Account suspensions or terminations

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your seller dashboard settings
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Or email us at hello@proqure.in

Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remainder of the billing period unless within the 7-day guarantee window.

6. Free Trial

All seller plans include a 7-day free trial:

  • No credit card required to start trial
  • Cancel anytime during trial - no charges
  • After trial, subscription begins automatically
  • 7-day refund guarantee applies after trial ends

7. Refund Processing Time

  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days

Actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time.

8. Downgrade Policy

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan:

  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refund for the difference in plan cost
  • You retain access to higher tier features until period ends

9. Billing Errors

If you notice a billing error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.):

  • Contact us immediately at hello@proqure.in
  • Provide transaction details and screenshots
  • We'll investigate and refund if confirmed
  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days

10. Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscriptions:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
  • 20% discount compared to monthly plans
  • After 7 days: No refunds, but you can cancel for next year

11. Product Transaction Refunds

Important: Proqure is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do NOT handle product transactions or payments between buyers and sellers.

For refunds related to product purchases:

  • Contact the seller directly
  • Resolve disputes through mutual agreement
  • Proqure does not mediate product transaction disputes
  • Proqure is not liable for product quality or delivery
